Harmony Senior Services is a network of senior living communities with over 50 locations across the country. Harmony’s communities are designed to offer residents an unparalleled living experience, surrounded in comfort, free from the burdens of home maintenance, and always supported to their highest level of independence.
Harmony Senior Services first approached TargetMarket to get started with a high-quality photo and video content strategy to showcase its amenities and unparalleled levels of care. While our photo and video services have remained an integral part of Harmony’s marketing plan, our design team has taken the reins, creating a full rebrand and elevating marketing collateral to separate Harmony from its competitors.
TargetMarket designs all creative used in Harmony Senior Services ad campaigns to help reach and engage with a wider audience of potential residents and their families.
Our photography has allowed potential residents and their families an inside look at the Harmony residences and the levels of care they provide. Harmony Senior Services provides an “aging in place” care model that is complete with independent living communities, assisted living, and memory care. Photos of residences, staff, and residents offer an initial introduction before taking a tour. These comprehensive photo galleries were especially helpful during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic when tours were paused.
Memory Care Program
TargetMarket worked with Harmony Senior Services to completely brand their Reflections Memory Care Program from the ground up. This creative project generated prints, a personalized style guide, training materials, templates, and educational presentations to guide the Harmony team.
When traveling to the various Harmony communities across the country, our team spends time in the communities talking to residents and staff, all of which is documented by one of our skilled videographers to help highlight the beautiful residences and the high levels of care that Harmony provides. We also interview the loved ones of residents who vouge for the security they feel knowing that
their loved ones are well-cared for in a Harmony community. This video content is important for potential residents and their families because they can hear first-hand accounts from actual Harmony residents and their loved ones. While well-written descriptions are a great start, nothing is more important than taking an inside look, and our video services were able to make that a reality.
Our design team plays an integral role in Harmony Senior Service’s overall marketing strategy. We create custom marketing materials for Harmony as a company and individual materials for specific communities. Our team participates in quarterly marketing and design meetings to review branding programs and initiatives to produce an elevated branding and creative strategy continuously.
We created a website that conveys the “Harmony Difference,” and the highest quality of care Harmony Senior Services provides to its residents in their senior living communities across the Eastern United States. Our team not only created a one-of-a-kind site for Harmony Senior Services, but also a custom site for each of their communities.
