Nick Nydegger
Nick Nydegger is the founder and CEO of TargetMarket. Originally from Tampa, FL, Nick earned his degree from the University of Florida before beginning his career in marketing at Fox in Los Angeles (Fun Fact: Nagatomi Plaza from the movie Die Hard).
In 2007, he returned to the East Coast to lead a print and trade show marketing firm in Charleston. When the 2008–2009 financial crisis reshaped the industry, Nick recognized the shift toward digital and launched TargetMarket in 2010. Over the past 15 years, he has built the agency into a leading marketing partner for businesses across the Southeast.
In addition to TargetMarket, Nick oversees SpeedPro of Charleston, a large-format print production studio. He also serves as a trustee for Pinewood Preparatory School in Summerville, SC. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music and spending time with his wife Kylie, and their children John and Kathryn.

Jackie Foster
Originally from Spartanburg, SC, Jackie Foster graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Journalism and Mass Communications in 2015. She began her career at New York-based digital agency 360i, working on accounts across the NBCUniversal portfolio, including USA Network, Bravo, and Oxygen.
After returning to the Lowcountry in 2018, Jackie held marketing and account management roles across various industries before joining TargetMarket in late 2020 as Director of Business Development. She later moved into her current role as Director of Operations.
Jackie is pursuing her MBA at the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business and plans to graduate at the end of 2025. She also serves as Vice President of the Board for the Lowcountry Autism Foundation.
In her free time, Jackie can be found at a live music show, planning her next travel adventure, or exploring Charleston with her mini dachshund, Mia.

Patrick Brickman
Patrick is an award-winning graphic designer, photographer, and illustrator. He is a multi-faceted talent who pours his creativity, art direction, and experience into each project he works on.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he holds a bachelor of fine arts degree in visual communication and design from Kent State University. As a senior, he received The Norman Rockwell Scholarship at Stockbridge Award from the esteemed Society of Illustrators in New York.
Patrick worked at a creative marketing studio and an agricultural publication company in Ohio before moving to South Carolina in 2011 to become the Art Director at Charleston Home + Design Magazine. He has photographed local Charleston celebrities as well as thousands of stunning homes throughout the Lowcountry.
When Patrick is off the clock, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and dog, swimming, playing board games, and going on family trips. He also enjoys playing soccer, drawing, painting, and collecting music.

Joshua Page
Joshua brings a sharp creative eye and a strategic mindset to every project at TargetMarket. With a background in video production and creative development, he helps clients turn their vision into compelling content that drives results. For Joshua, storytelling is at the heart of great marketing, much like a great film, it’s meant to be experienced, not just seen. He believes the true way to watch a movie is in the theater, fully immersed, and he brings that same passion for immersive, authentic storytelling to every video project. His goal is always to create content that feels real and resonates deeply with the audience.
Outside of work, Joshua is a dedicated running enthusiast who finds inspiration and clarity on long runs often coming up with his best ideas somewhere between mile three and four.

Jen Hiotis
Jen Hiotis is a Senior Paid Ads Manager with over 13 years of specialized experience in search engine marketing. Leveraging expertise in Google Ads, Social Ads, SEO, and conversion rate optimization, she helps brands maximize their digital presence and drive measurable results. Jen earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Florida in 2010.
From 2011 through 2023 she worked for a digital marketing company in Orlando where she wore many hats but most enjoyed managing their Google Ads department. Known for keeping clients ahead of the latest trends and algorithm changes, Jen has managed comprehensive SEM programs for a wide variety of businesses, including those in home services, healthcare, B2B, ecommerce, beauty and many more. Her analytical, troubleshooting nature enables her to resolve account issues and unlock new opportunities for growth.
When she’s not strategizing to expand client reach and increase conversions, you can find her spending quality time with her husband and two dogs, making plans with friends, trying new Charleston restaurants, traveling, or just listening to records at home.
With a proven history of delivering exceptional ROI across industries, Jen’s passion is helping brands grow through optimized paid search campaigns. Her balance of big-picture strategy and detail-oriented optimization makes her an invaluable asset.

Ashleigh Daniel
Originally from Columbia, SC, Ashleigh fell in love with Charleston while attending the College of Charleston, earning her degree in Psychology in May 2019. As a Project Manager, she loves getting to know clients and bringing their goals and ideas to life. It excites her to see a website project or campaign go to fruition because of all the hard work the team has put into it and what it means to the client.
Outside work, she enjoys spending time on Sullivans Island with friends, running in Mount Pleasant, volunteering with Be a Mentor, and exploring everything Charleston offers. Back home, she spends time with her South Carolina Gamecock supporting family and her cockapoo Sammy.

Robert Zaleski
Robert has extensive experience as a creative director, commercial photographer, and video producer, creating work for national brands and agencies. He’s also won numerous awards for his work in publishing and is excited to work alongside the team at TargetMarket.

Nicole Zaleski
Nicole handles all pre-production logistics and necessary details surrounding a shoot—from scouting locations to sourcing talent and tackling everything in between. She is an integral part of the production process and is thrilled to work alongside the team at TargetMarket.
