After Instagram Stories came out, Facebook made us all well aware that they were trying to take their favorite parts of other platforms and implement them inside of their own platform. So it should be no surprise that Facebook has now created a Stories platform inside of its main app.
These Stories are an exciting idea for businesses because social media is all about storytelling and letting your people know what is going on with your business. Although Facebook Stories are only for personal users right now, we expect to see this become available to businesses in the future.
Meanwhile, there are still a few great ways to use this new feature. As a business owner, Facebook Stories are a great way to give people insight into your day. When you’re in business for yourself, you can align your personal profile with your business, making Facebook Stories a great way to promote your business to your friends. Plus, when Stories finally do open to Business Pages, you’ll be ahead of the game because you’ve been using them for yourself.
